Zancha Low-Temperature
TOC
Benefits
Patented reactor design with constant temperature
guarantees effective oxidation
Increased operational safety through application of a single
UV lamp, enabling effective self-monitoring of the system
Sample preparation: automatically cleaned tangential coarse
filter
New, highly precise NDIR detector: Sapphire optical windows
and Kynar® sample cell eliminate corrosion problems
New operating principle of the NDIR detector eliminates the
need for separate IR sources and IR detectors. Thanks to this
design, the system is reliable and requires low maintenance
Available as dual channel
Allows for measurement of grab samples
COD correlation possible
Field of application
Outflow monitoring
Methanol dosing control
Monitoring of drinking water, cooling water and condensation
Wastewater containing salt
Industrial discharge control
Enhanced NDIR Detector
Using NDIR detection of CO2 for TOC analysis is the preferred
method for
complying with U.S. and International standard protocols.
Zancha TOC’s enhanced NDIR detector eliminates the need
for separate infrared
sources and detectors for the sample and reference cells.
This design
provides a sensitive, stable, noise-free environment for accurate
and reliable
CO2 detection.
